Close to the lungomare and the lido at Forte Vigliena, so you can - just two steps away from home - sunbathe and take a swim in the clear sea that surrounds Ortigia.

The apartment has been renovated recently with style by utilizing precious local materials and offers on its 50sqm living space a living room with two single sofa beds, a dining room with fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom and two bathrooms with shower. It is beautifully furnished and is provided with fans, air-conditioning and a washing-machine. All of its six windows are facing interior courtyards.
